Description

The X-Series wideband UEGO AFR sensor controller meter (PN 30-0300) features a modern, visually striking front plate and a new seven-segment center display that is 87% larger than the 30-0300 AEM model. The meter includes a 0-5v and RS232 serial port output for feedback control and data logging, as well as an AEMnet (CANbus) output for datalogging.

Utilizing X-Digital wideband technology, these controllers have the capability to read and report values that other controllers do not have, which can lead to more optimized engine tuning and overall operational conditions. The faster response time enhances wideband feedback control and can provide a more powerful and accurate tune.

When tuning an engine using wideband AFR feedback control on an inertia dyno, dead time affects the data you’re observing because it’s reported at a different working location than when it actually occurred.
